Method
Roast rice and soyabean seperately.Grind rice and soyabean and mix together.Add powdered sugar and store in an air tight bottle.

Dried sprouted green gram 50gms
Method
Roast the sprouted wheat and green gram on slow fire seperately. Grind wheat and green gram to a fine powder seperately. Mix and store in a dry air tight container.

Green gram dal 30gms
Groundnut 15gms
Method Roast ragi,green gram dal and groundnuts seperately.Powder these roasted ingriedients seperately.Mix thoroughly. Store in a air tight container.
